Eddie to blame again then. What a poor choice this appointment has been. Couldn’t sign Mbappe. Couldn’t build a new stadium and now he’s injured Botman.

May need to move from SJP. Place must be built on an ancient burial ground. Fucking cursed club.
-
The owners have always told us that this is a slow build project. I assume this means they’ll be planning on staying at SJP for the medium term as a minimum. I believe that when (if) we become a permanent top 6 fixture with regular trophies and tens of thousands of fans locked out they may have to look at alternatives. Until then it’s just the dream of a section of the fanbase. Same folk who want a super club manager instead of Howe etc etc. I’m not even sure we could fill an 80,000 stadium more than 3 times a year without giving away teams 15,000 tickets.

Inspector Clouseau levels of processes of elimination.

After the purchase of the Strawberry Place land Ghodoussi told The Athletic: "We're working with the city and council to see what we can do. "There are a lot of things that need to happen first, but that’s the way forward. "If we can get it to 60 or 65,000 thousand, amazing." A great decision in my opinion. An 80,000 vanity project is not what we want. Imagine having to close the upper tiers like some two-bit champo club? The high ticket demand for the cathedral on the hill needs to be taken advantage of by a significant increase in ticket prices to keep us in line with the top clubs ST prices. Looks like we are currently miles off the pace: https://www.statista.com/statistics/328654/premier-league-teams-ranked-by-most-expensive-season-ticket-price/

I’m voting staying. Which is pretty lucky as that’s what our owners plan is as well.

Can’t really see the point of expanding SJP or moving. The self-entitlement of some of the support since the take over will probably mean thousands will stop supporting because we haven’t employed Pep, bought Mbappe and announced the new 100,000 seater stadium. It’s a pretty ambitious want for a club that 4 years ago was pretty much a pointless exercise that yo-yo’d between divisions.

Bit like the club he works for.

This thread should be enough for those thinking Eddie needs replaced to very quickly change their mind. Barring a brief Rafa break we endured 14 years of wilderness football. This season is seen as shite despite Champions league football, 2 canny cup runs and potential top half/European finish. Fickle motherfuckers man.

That Burnsie has a learning disability so can’t really blame his thought processes but Bird has lost any tiny modicum or respect he had as a poor man’s journalist by thinking that’s a reference point for our fanbase. What a fucking wallop.

We’d be a lot further down the table if our players dropped their arses as quick as some of the folk on this forum.

Imagine if the sky six didn’t have full control of PL rules. This man would have us right up there.

Here we fucking go……….

Sometimes Chris, you don't know what you've got 'til it's gone. What’s next for the moor? A pink hotel, a boutique, and a swingin' hot spot?
-
Is it worth getting all het up about something that’s not happening? Can we go back to the hair-brained schemes for the existing location? How about giant hydraulic rams that lift the East stand high into the air when not in use, giving leazes terrace copious amounts of light? We could also award the contract to a fan who has delivered multi-million pound projects to ensure success.
-
We all know we’re not moving don’t we? Is it just killing spare time by drawing circles on maps for the best place for a stadium that isn’t going to happen?
-
I know someone who discussed this with Al-Rumayyan last year and he let slip plans were to invest in St James’, so I’m happy to stick with that philosophy

That’s why it’s being extended by 8-12k
