If we get rid of Lascelles - who becomes captain? I dont think theres much captain material in the squad tbh.

We desparately need someone in the middle who can impose himself on the game. Make him captain so he can boss our lot too

Ive said before I dont think Howe has worked out how to best use him yet. Maybe the inside forward role where he cuts inside while being man marked by 2 or 3 opposition players needs to change, Maybe he could release the ball much quicker instead of trying to dribble to the edge of the box. Or he needs closer support from our players so he can pass his way out of trouble Or use himself as a dummy whereby he drags opposition man markers out of position. Or something else

No way was that a pelanty - did VAR review it or was it just given? A few individual errors and i think our confidence levels are still a bit fragile. Couldve done a bit better though.

It wasnt so long ago that having DoF was seen as unneccesary and disruptive. Now its viewed as essential to our future success and we might fail without one.

Loving the love for Joelinton - hes a monster. We are still a bit hesitent and some of our attacking moves arnt exactly 'flowing'. Should be a good 2nd half if we can keep the momentum going.
