Looks like pels for Boro Coventry. Also looks like two evenly matched teams that have played each other three times in a row
-
Milan 5-0 88/89 *was held up as the perfect performance for a few years thereafter
-
Middlesbrough promoted with a Geordie manager in 1995, final game was against Luton. When Luton finally got relegated in 1992 it was Coventry who stayed up at their expense. Poetry either way.
-
Didn't Hartlepool get deducted points for playing a player that had registered an hour too late or something about 10years back? Nowt will happen with Everton most likely. The suspense is no good because nobody knows where they stand or what the punishments are or if they're even a deterrent.
-
How fitting, they'd be 18th and in the relegation zone
-
Amusing. Hesitate to say its another year in the wildnerness because they've spent more time outside the top division than in it in the last 70years so the top flight is the wilderness to them

If we lose to Brighton the chances of beating Chelsea at Chelsea can't be much more than 50/50. So it can't be much from 50/50 overall (as stated). Leeds are as bad as Leicester and worse than Chelsea and we didn't win there.
-
Too close to call. Called a draw a few month back, still looks a fair bet. Was always sure of is that it would be a hard, probably not pretty (from our POV) game. Almost never have been against Brighton. Was a De Zerbi played for Bastia against us, hopefully not an omen but that's the level of difficult this will be.
-
Instead of just admitting that people that had their doubts were right to (which they were regardless of what happened cos what has happened hasn't been unusual) its being doubled down on
-
What is it then? 60/40?
-
powder puff performance deserve to go down turning that in at this point in their season
-
Probably Forest, since that's what I'd least like to happen
-
For all the "bed wetting" of only a week ago its near enough 50/50 now isn't it? 50% chance of beating Brighton and anything less were having to beat Chelsea as well as Leicester.

Looked a lot better with white shorts (got an outing at Sheffield Wed iirc) than the standard green giving it a lost PE kit look
-
Everything I feared. They're geared up for midtable coasting not fighting for their lives and ruffling feathers even though that's their only chance.
-
I just don't get it. Leicester potentially heading for relegation sack their manager and appoint someone who got Norwich relegated last year with an absolute whimper and they havent got out of it. Just doesn't make any goddamn sense
-
He'd sort the set pieces
-
Cant see that from Leicester. Could make a case for an Everton style rousing performance in this situation from anybody else down there but them (and Southampton obviously). Wrong kind of stadium, fanbase and everything.
-
Who'd have thunk breaking up the top6 would be more fun than having a top 6 mini-league.
-
excrutiating whatever happens, nervous win, nervous and tortuous draw, gut wrenching loss
-
Yes - people going need to bare this in mind and not get testy about it.
