For me Salah has had one or two 10/10 seasons and like seven or so 9/10 seasons vs Ronaldo's one or two 10/10 seasons and two or so 9/10 seasons. If we're doing an 'only peak' XI I think Suarez gets in before anyone as well. He's the highest peak I've ever seen in the league, higher even than Henry, Shearer, Ronaldo, Bale.

By that metric Bale gets in over Giggs and Suarez gets in over Shearer or any other suggestion at CF. Tbh I think she's just about right. Salah's got the longevity at an extremely high level in his favour. Ronaldo needed another couple of seasons at the level he was at in 08/09 to take the place.
