RTG are talking about it being £11m with add ons up to £20m, pinch of salt with that one but even on the face of it £20m including add ons doesn't sound like a good deal for the Mackems if he's their talisman.

I think Rafa takes the long road round to answers, but because Neville and Carragher were so invested they kept taking him up on parts of the story that moved it further from the answer. Rafa with a more patient audience gets more of an answer because Rafa can get there in the end.
