Cunts. Probably deserved a draw imo, that Wissa miss was horrible.

I don't think Pope was bad for their goal, but I think it says a lot that that's the set piece they've decided to go with against us. Yet again a very low XGa in that half yet still 1 down. Goes to show that having quality isn't just about what players can do, but about what they make the opposition choose to do against you.

Another good half, but with a better scoreline please.

We need to shake things up! No, not like that! -
Also worth noting that selling Gordon instead of selling Minteh/Anderson was what they attempted to do first, much to everyone's exasperation when it was revealed.
-
God I love him.

It's not a double standard when the contexts are vastly different. Honestly man.

I'm talking about the relegationmeter being bumped, people are getting to a point where they're trying to out-hysteria each other.

Wood and Anderson in a season we didn't beat them ffs
-
Because it's talked about like he's been playing in midfield for most of the season, when the reality is that even when you count from that Chelsea match you've picked (when really it should be from when Bruno got injured because that's when it started), it amounts to one more match in minutes played in midfield than upfront. It has nothing to do with Howe tbh, it's more this thing where there's a hyper fixation on Woltemade being in the team at CF, or us not playing 433 as being a silver bullet. It's understandable I just think people forget what he was like when he played there.
-
So you've gone from all of those matches listed, to starts since Chelsea, to minutes since Chelsea and it all amounts to one extra match. I rest my case about it being overstated.
-
If we're focusing on starts instead of appearances (where he's come on as a sub at CF) then since Chelsea he's started at all 7 times in the league and 4 of those were at AM. As I say though, that also ignores the times he's come on and played 15, 20, 30, 45 minutes coming off the bench and playing at CF.
-
This is one thing I definitely agree with mind. It was particularly annoying because it was happening even when Barnes was in form.
-
4 out of the 21 he played in midfield. That whole Woltemade in midfield thing is really overstated like.
-
We all watch the matches and the general joke is about how Howe makes changes on 60 minutes. That's at least half an hour to show something. Who do you mean as well? Woltemade? Because it's only very recently that you could say he's not been given enough of a chance to show anything. The less said about Wissa's contribution when he was actually on the field the better.
-
Can you name any of them that come on and improve us or prove a point that they should be in the team?* They have their own autonomy to prove themselves in that respect like. Howe gets pelters for his subs, but I don't think you can fault the variety of his starting XIs, while there have been players in and out of form the XI in those positions has changed (presumably with players who've stepped up in training) *The one that I could name is Osula and he's been rewarded with starts.

I'm not really a superstitious person but the frequency with which I've seen one magpie on its own these past few weeks is ridiculous. -
It's Graeme Bailey, you'd probably do a better job identifying our targets by putting every player's name on a wall and throwing darts at it.

Yeah, for the reasons I mentioned.

That explains the weird layout of the stripes on ours. Big blue stripes it is.

Can something that never started then be over?

He won a few matches tbf to him
