You could just be open-minded enough to not think that everything that's already happened means that's how things will always be. ASM might be integrated into the team and be a star, he might be used as an impact sub, he might wither away and end up sold, who knows? Waste of time trying to be a know-it-all after 20 games of an injury-hit season, particularly when that same manager said about 4 hours ago that ASM's 'here to stay, and an integral part of my team'

I'm absolutely convinced that ASM and Isak are going to be the 'unleash the kracken' players in this last half of the season.

I really hope we're not. I can just about buy into one very expensive 20 something English player that I don't particularly rate, not sure I could buy into another one - not when we've seen what that amount of money has got us in Botman and Bruno anyway.

I used to think Graeme Bailey was just a fairly unreliable sports journo. If you ever catch him on Loaded Mag (he was on last night) your bullshit meter will go into overdrive. He also has a weird hard on for critisising ASM.

Proper marmite player. I was one of the ones who really liked him. I liked what he was doing under Howe and what he might have been this season after trimming down and having a manager who could get the best out of him. A bit moody and misunderstood, but aren't we all! Good luck to him.
