I reckon. £50 t-shirt £100 sweatshirt £100 training top £80 away top Already have the original away top so I reckon I'll go t-shirt and sweatshirt.

Not sure it does tbh. Him resorting to getting sleeping pills in order to basically not exist at all suggests he's got bigger problems than not integrating somewhere. Most people would just play games or watch films or something, taking sleeping pills in that situation is mental.

I'm sure Barnes doesn't like it as much as playing LW either, but he's not an absolute diva.

A hoodie underneath the training t-shirt.

How many of those 3 did he want? He definitely didn't want Sesko, right? £70m in that context is a huge outlay.

Over a long enough period Man United and the rest of the big 6 can write off whatever is lost on buying players like that and the potential upside is success. It seems like a weird hill to die on for what would have been very affordable.

It does sound like his position became untenable, but allowing it to get to that point is another matter. They were seemingly all in on Amorim and his system despite him showing very little at all, but then also didn't really give him what he claimed to need to get them there. Tbf, I think being all in on him and giving him what he wanted would have also been insane, but it seems like they got into this bizarre situation where they were sticking with him, but not giving him what he claimed to need, not necessarily Neves, but Watkins etc, and alienating him in the process, and then despite him picking up good results and having you in a decent position in a season where nigh on everyone is inconsistent, he gets the sack.

It is canny bizarre like. On Stick to Football they were talking about who the best British player to go abroad is and it took them ages to mention Keegan. I think if Carragher hadn't been there he might not have been mentioned at all.
-
It didn't happen because of results though, but because he fell out with the board. He's been sacked when you finally weren't a complete embarrassment under him. If he'd been sacked after the Grimsby match or at the end of last season no one would bat an eyelid about whether it was warranted or not. Both hiring him in the first place and the context around him being sacked scream incompetence. Poor decision compounded by sticking with him, then when it finally looks like it might work they bin him. I dunno why you would defend it.

Sacking Amorim and them not knowing what they're doing aren't mutually exclusive really.

Got to keep you all on your toes.

James Lawrence Allcott, somewhat decent football podcaster.

Of course he is, West Ham strikers aren't supposed to score goals.

JLA saying that 'the data' says we should sign Fratessi. We were very tenuously linked with him in the summer.

There was a time when I think Southgate would have sorted out Man United. A walked so others could run sort of thing.

Glasner plays the same system and formation as Amorim doesn't he?

Two strange sackings mind. Both came after the point where it seemed like they were getting to grips with things.
