Nice to see that. Reminds me of times watching training at Maiden Castle and later at Chester le Street. It’s good to see the drills and the interactions between players. They must put in a lot of thought to create a fun collective experience for everyone. Made me laugh how Gordon will not be beaten in any of the little dash sprints they do.

I know it’s ‘unwise’ relying purely on Munchkin Wise style scouting, but I’d have signed him on those highlights alone. That first goal showed everything you want from a striker. Drive, great movement, strength and an exquisite finish. What happened with the second goal of though? Maybe it was so good they couldn’t bring themselves to record it!
