Surely just a matter of time before we score. -

Happy to ‘beef-up’ on lesser European competitions and wait until we are Champions for another pop at Champions League. -

What the heck is going on with away day random food? Have you lugged a microwave down for the rice? ? -

You might be slightly more confident given that we don’t seem to have a fit striker (again). -

I remember that already relegated side who beat them 5-1 on the final game of the season. Meaning that Arsenal finished second and they finished third. -

We couldn’t start a striker there in November. Are we cursed? Front three of Ritchie, Gordon and Joelinton. Tino MotM. I’d forgotten that Bruno didn’t start. -

Banter has started at work (I work in Manchester). Mainly triggered by me, tbf. Beginning to wish I hadn’t been on the wind-up quite so much. Feeling nervous about this now. Desperately want to win. Perhaps the nervousness comes from hidden memories of all the other times I’ve desperately wanted us to win and we haven’t. Anyhow, a point wouldn’t be bad, but if we perform… could be glorious. Adding to LC knock-out (and pay back) by actually costing them something more significant at their place. This could be their lowest ever finish in PL era. Howay lads just this once. -

I think it’s one of those games where first goal can be extra important. The LC game there felt like a home match. We won’t have as many there, if we get ahead I think the home advantage falls away from them. They’re not a crowd to lift their team at the moment. -

It’s a play-off, ignoring Chelsea, of sorts for sixth place. May the best team win. -
That’s a great little snippet. If Liverpool get Gordon it could scupper Arsenal’s chances of getting Isak. That’s their angle?
-
Who have you got above Terry Mac @huss9 ?
-
Wouldn’t be surprised. He gives the impression of someone who really backs himself. I suspect that despite his age, the missed games/limited availability, this hasn’t changed.
-
Well a change, in the player mentioned, is as good as a rest. Best get used to this kind of speculation as long as we remain the cuckoo in the ‘top’ teams’ nest.
