All a bit stale and predictable. Only attacking threat going through Tino and a swamped (and knackered looking) Bruno. They haven’t had a shot on target so doing something right, but big Nick (sitting in the stands in a NUFC suit) can hardly be excited at the prospect of the chances he will have in this kind of set-up. Change it Eddie.

Phillipe Schar = Fabian Albert. Have they ever been seen in the same room? Love that man (those men).

Botman is so classy, man.

Longstaff twatting everyone.

Just make a new account yourself, mate. I believe ‘Newcastle fan in peyce…’ is the accepted opening. Followed by you were the best home fans/promoted side we have ever faced… or can’t believe how unlucky you were… etc etc. It’ll be more fun that way.

Long looks up for it. (must be weird for him).

We certainly aren’t signing another striker, and hoovering up other available talent, as well as keeping Isak. So if Wissa and Larsen not playing is because they have been encouraged to still hold out hope of a move, and the rumours linking us to a couple of other players have any basis, then seems likely we will take what they offer. That said, rumours and wishful thinking are just journos’ common currency in transfer windows and selling him within three year PSR period is probably all we have to do in order to fund further expenditure now.

I mean we’ve all forgotten important dates, but he must have a shit memory.

Pedro behind Delap for Chelsea today.

I’m as of today giving-up using German stereotypes, but suspect that the record keeping was a bit more effective in Bremen 2002 than Lagos circa 1984 (… or 1977).

I often thought that there was something reserved? Detached maybe? About him in some of the high points, like he was happy enough and even delighted at times but never seemed as ‘all in’ emotionally as many of the other players. I don’t think he is a bad person, I do think he has perhaps believed the hype a bit too much and that he will regret his actions and, if indeed the has played his last game for us, how this chapter of his career has ended.

I found that quite touching. An authentic voice expressing authentic Geordie sentiments. It landed for Nick too. He won’t forget that.

Obviously been up to level 7.

That’s the way advertising works, suddenly find yourself in a classic German vehicle (probably manufactured in Hannover only 90 minutes from Waldemade’s home town of Bremen). You’ve been primed 😉(hope you have a lovely time!). -
Hope it’s a wubble-you…
