  1. Fucking hell the dynamite twins. Thought you had a boycott to help organise Fanny ?
  2. I’d be worried if I we’re Dickie or Hoffy, hence why once this gets go ahead don’t expect arbitration to even happen. Competition law exists to help businesses put their customers first and protect consumers and other businesses from being ripped off. If your business colludes with others to engage in price fixing, market sharing or bid rigging, whether regularly or just once, here’s what can happen. 1. You can be fined or even imprisoned Anti-competitive collusion can lead to fines for the businesses involved of up to 10% of their annual worldwide turnover. Individuals can also face personal fines and even prison sentences. 2. You can be disqualified from acting as a company director This disqualification can last up to 15 years, seriously affecting your business options. 3. You could be pursued for damages Even if you avoid a fine or criminal charges, your customers could launch a civil claim for damages cases against you. 4. Your business’s reputation could be damaged Engaging in anti-competitive behaviour not only affects those directly involved, it can also damage the entire business if customers decide they no longer want to work with you. 5. You can spend years fighting legal cases Cartel investigations are meticulous and will divert significant senior management time away from legitimate business activity.
  3. Clearly a welcome addition to the NUST board. Best of luck.
  4. Apologies for bringing down the discussion on here. As you we’re chaps, might pop back when CAT is given go ahead.
  5. Surprised it’s taken you so long, let’s hope the club are more decisive when it comes to sacking Bruce.
  6. I’ll talk how I wish thanks. Ive got a lot more right about this process than the majority on here. ‘The Saudis have walked away they said’ ’’The CAT case is a load of shite and will be laughed out’ ’All this talk of corruption is embarrassing’ I’ve had a right laugh this week watching certain posters on here lap up the CAT case.
  7. The PL are rocked, their QC looked unprepared, any assertion that they are unruffled from Edwards is bollocks. Very disconcerting that a so called local journalist is even attempting to paint that picture. The piece certainly wasn’t balanced and has his usual undertone of anti this consortium. If the PL are struggling to understand our current ownership structure, bring on arbitration Shaheed Fatima will hand them their arses on a plate.
  8. I pleaded ignorance to WhatsApp and politely declined the invitation. I’m sure with it being a takeover group though your expertise would be welcome Fanny.
  9. I feel even more privileged most are good friends or previous posters. I sit in neither of those categories, you’re disingenuous at best but a full on creepy fucker at worst. Who’s the local journalist who posts in here again ?
  10. Let you’re obsession with Wraith go man, it’s almost as unhealthy as inviting complete strangers into a WhatsApp group.
  11. I couldn’t care what you think, got you well sussed.
  12. Proper creepy behaviour. I was in full flow posting NCSL tweets at the time and you still wanted me in the group. You clearly thought i was Keith and after info. Your obsession with Keith, Wraith and co is embarrassing.
  13. So I was Keith and now I’m a dead pigeon You tried to lure me with the promise of revealing who a certain local journalist posts under on here. Obsessed wanker
  14. Not as sad as asking folk to join your WhatsApp group, had you sussed a long time ago pal.
  15. Talking of Ando it’s no wonder we never won promotion under Smith looking back at the play off season. Early doors that season we had John Gallagher down the wing, but fuck me I have a feeling this was the team for the home league game against the Mackems that season, could there ever have been a slower team of plodders selected in the history of the club. Forgot how horrific the line up actually was that season apart from McGhee and Quinn.
  16. It’ll be a huge blow as the threat of disclosure is the aim and always has been. The only hope will then be a restructuring of the deal with PIF getting in through the side door. I believe we win though and the worm is about to start turning in our favour. I wouldn’t even rule out a last minute settlement before Wednesday if I was being outrageously optimistic.
  17. Are pigeons and magpies usually this friendly, great to see the wildlife getting along. Much more civilised than the usual unpleasant characters on NUFC Twitter.
