Hugo Ekitike (not playing for Liverpool for a while)

Be some melt down in the media if he signs for us. The spin will be incredible and they’ll ramp up the Isak shite to another level in their tears. -

My take we’ll make an improved bid today and we’ll try to accelerate this, we’ll not be kept in our lane by anyone. -

Sure I read somewhere that his agent was involved in the Kelly to Juventus deal . -

Really wouldn’t rule this out, we’ll not be dictated to by those scouse cunts no fucking chance. -
You can never say never, but I would be fucking gobsmacked if the Saudis would allow the optic of being bullied into selling Isak happen. Take PSR out the equation and John fucking Henry hasn’t got a pot to piss in compared to PIF. Eddie and Yasir will tell these scouse cunts to do one and today’s antics won’t be forgotten. The scouse media are in full swing and I’ve got a feeling we’ll come out swinging.

Won’t matter if they do we won’t sell to another PL team, i still think it’s only PSG, Barca, Madrid, or Bayern that we’d entertain. -

It doesn’t get done because they’ve turned down our 70 million bid. Liverpool will basically pay the 85 million and offer him more wages, it’s game over but they won’t get Isak so fuck them. On the plus side 85 million on the back of 1 good season could bite them on the arse…..hopefully. -
Aye, this is the kind of faceless leadership I can get on board with, no fucking bluster in the press, just boom here’s one of Europe’s top strikers.

Manchester City Council have worked very closely with Abhu Dhabi to invest across the city. The powers at be up here should be doing a lot more, the stalled arena development on the Gateshead Quays would be a great place to start.

Not sure. Newcastle City Council don’t seem to have grasped the opportunity very well in my opinion since PIF took over. The only thing I’ve seen is they asked them to contribute towards school dinners, very noble and worthwhile, but hardly screams forward thinking and dynamic in terms of City projects. Let’s hope they are supportive and grasp the opportunity once PIF reveal their plans, but Newcastle City Council is a bit of a shambles these days and don’t seem to have any great vision for the City currently.

Think everything will have turned out very well if we end up with Ekitike this summer. Wasn’t overly fussed on Elanga at the start, but his interview was superb and I’m back tracking on that view quickly. I would say Sesko is more similar to Pedro in style and we’ve scouted him heavily by all accounts. Probably more expensive than Ekitike and out of our range, but wouldn’t rule anything out, think where going for it this summer.

Not sustainable though and they were taken apart by the cartel. Under PIF we will be challenging every year and that’s why the cartel clubs are pissing themselves about little old Newcastle.

Fucking hell they’re the best owners we could have dreamed of. They’ve won our first trophy in 70 years, that alone sets them apart from any other ownership. The DOF appointments haven’t worked out and it would appear the decision making process is slow.Cant think of any other negatives, they’ve massively increased our value and revenue, whilst big infrastructure projects are in the planning. Nobody can take the piss, or bully this club into selling players anymore. Remember folk on here saying they would have been happy with something like the Leicester ownership at the time of the takeover. Look at how that turned out, PIF are an ownership we could barely have dreamed of under Ashley. Some short memories. I’m sure if they were nonceing around appointing the new CEO and DOF instead of making signings people would be booting off. They’ve clearly given Howe this transfer window and don’t want to complicate things by bringing in new executives until the summers done, which I’m quite comfortable with in hindsight.

If Ektike is an alternative to Pedro it’s a brilliant move and signal of our intent. My only concern is that if he’s a replacement for Gordon, he looks like he can play across the front 3, but is he disciplined enough to play the Gordon role defensively not sure.
