  1. He’s a cunt nothing more to be said.
  2. No Sesko no sale. Rumour is that new CEO is here. What better way to start then laying the law down with Isak and his agent.
  3. The cunts certainly relentless, clearly on the payroll to keep pushing the narrative. At this point I’d happily let Isak rot for 3 years and not receive a penny. Let’s see who blinks first when his career starts going down the pan.
  4. What’s Sociedad’s rumoured sell on clause? That’s got to be factored in as well.
  5. When we used to lose on a Saturday it would ruin my fucking weekend. Wouldn’t have it any other way its what supporting this institution is about. Fuck Beamish and sign some fucking players.
  6. When they sold him and are tapping up the best striker in Europe from us it certainly can. The scouse cunts.
  7. First bid will be 120 million tops. It’ll be interesting to see if Isak, or his agent openly agitates if we stand our ground.
  8. Feels like this one is over now. Not sure there’s anyone else out there who the club could pass off as an Isak replacement now. The lad from Porto looks raw and Watkins is surely to old to splash big money on. At this point I think the club has no option but to keep Isak here for another season.
  9. Malick Thiaw is the word time for someone to start a thread.
  10. I’m absolutely fucking sick of this cunt Romano the Italian fucking nonce.
  11. He’s got something undoubtedly. Would be horrified if it was Isak’s replacement, but nothing wrong with him as a 2nd striker.
  12. Surely we could counter that with Willock?
  13. If we’re back in negotiations with Palace for Guehi just fucking shoot me now.
  14. When you’ve got arguably the worlds best striker it’s very difficult to accept this unfortunately.
  15. I’d take Muniz over Wissa if he’s the Wilson replacement. Got no doubt Wissa is the better player right now, but little bits I’ve seen of Muniz suggest he’s got potential. He’s only 24 and in this PSR world looks the more sensible deal.
  16. How do we know that? We haven’t got anyone on the books with a history of transfer negotiations. I’d imagine modern day deals are complex and reliant on relationships built with agents. We have Steve Nickson and Andy Howe spearheading our negotiations, last time I checked neither had much if any background in this.
  17. Full control absolutely not. It’s the reasons all the top clubs have a DOF.
  18. Watkins would not be a wise investment for the money he’d cost. In fact it would be reckless and more evidence why the manager shouldn’t be in control of transfers.
  19. Signing a lot of young players with potential sell on value. They’ll hit lucky with a couple and seem to have a very good recruitment set up in place. I’m not sure we can genuinely say we are shopping in a different market on this one after signing fucking Ramsdale.
  20. We had the exec structure in place to sign Botman, Bruno, Isak and Tonali. Apart from Ashworth leaving not sure what’s changed? Yes we had Amanda to negotiate and acknowledge this is missing now, but from the links in press what’s happened to the player id that allowed us to go for the above European based targets ? We have heavily scouted Ekitike and Sesko for at least 3 years, where are the new similar profile players from abroad. I struggle to believe this profile of player just below the top tier is no longer available. We are shopping in the wrong market with our budget unfortunately.
  21. Has to be Sesko we need someone to excite the fanbase. He’s the right age and has the potential to be top drawer. There’s a real shortage of top strikers available and Sesko alongside Wissa is about the best we can hope for…….if we sell Isak which is looking increasingly likely if the house story is true.
  22. Haven’t read it but apparently positive update in this re Sesko and us. Edit can’t find anything positive related in that.
  23. It’s undeniable that all our targets appear to be PL based , or have previously been monitored for years Sesko and Ekitike. People are entitled to draw their own conclusions as to why that is. My take is that the first window after the takeover had large input from Nickson and Howe. I don’t think it was a coincidence that Ashworth was on the scene when we signed Isak and Tonali either. All indications are that Howe wants PL ready players and likes to know what they eat for breakfast. Can’t complain with the latter as it shows he’s meticulous, however I think this summer it’s highlighted how this inflexible approach is problematic. In this data driven world of football analysis our approach this summer looks fit for Beamish. Mitchell highlighted our recruitment wasn’t fit for purpose and despite possibly being a cunt, I think he’s fucking spot on.
