  1. Usually are mate that’s where I got my cup final ticket from.
  2. I’d have said these corporate areas like the Barracks where anyone can buy them, but one look on live tickets suggests they’re all over the ground. Obviously some twats/touts have bought memberships purely to cash in. This is what the club should be clamping down on genuine ticket touting, not fans helping each other out for away tickets.
  3. Almost perfect if we’d got McTominay over the line 9.99.
  4. Rambo Reilly, Joe Allon and Tony Cunningham whey we haven’t got anything to whinge about these days. Big game mentality required on Sunday, smash these scouse cunts and Bruno to arrow the winner in and take the fucking roof off SJP.
  5. Had a good pre season and started with a goal at weekend, ships probably sailed if Juve were pushing him out the door.
  6. Full sympathy with overseas fans who have come over for years to take in a game. However, as for attracting new fans this shouldn’t be at the detriment of current match goers, and we should only be catering for new fans when stadium expansion allows for it. Lose the hardcore support and where in dangerous waters.
  7. This shouldn’t still be happening very annoying, can only imagine they’ve offered the family something ridiculous, or despite all the upgrades to scouting the actual coaching is still considered shite at the academy. https://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/newcastle-united-lose-highly-rated-27567900
  8. Did they not say on the first video with Tyneside Life that they travelled without tickets and just intended to watch in bar, I would have to watch back.
  9. The Ajax Bob Marley strip was a classic so being a premium club wouldn’t be a disaster.
  10. When your owners are PIF I’m pretty sure Adidas will now consider us elite.
  11. Not sure how NUST can cite an example then now claim they had no influence in the process, when the very example they quoted was introduced.
  12. Here’s your context, I offer my opinion on what I’ve seen, and it’s what the general consensus was of people who witnessed it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=etKxaiP4g50&pp=ygURbmV3Y2FzdGxlIGZhbnMgdHY%3D
  13. Sounds a much fairer way and protects your more loyal fans who want to go to every game, not just Man U at home. Could also be used to prioritise any season tickets that become available in future.
  14. This was fucking OTT aswell, Northumbria Police will be itching to ban them to get their numbers up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qKIddPKGKnY&list=RDCMUCnfaXGG3LUFjbdnTmbWXKMw&start_radio=1
  15. These are the lads who create an atmosphere, the real worry here is that the away support is diluted with your Wembley brigade, and half the away end will be sat down which would be the point i’d say enough is enough and footballs not for me anymore.
  16. There should absolutely be some forwarding allowed for aways, nothing worse than someone unable to make it last minute and the seat goes empty. I agree a limit would stop any continual abuse but protect genuine cases.
  17. One of the biggest benefits of Adidas will be their distribution, kids from all over the country will be able to go into their local JD Sports and Adidas shop and get our kit. Ive never seen our shirt in any sportswear shop around the country under Castore.
  18. Finding a creative player or freeing up Isak to play behind the lines is what we’re really lacking. There’s definitely a lack of creativity in the final third, we’ll get away with it sometimes, but against the top teams and in the Cup Final last year it was our downfall.
  19. Fair enough but this is the perception of many at the minute in the first reply.
  20. NUSC have been very vocal about issues, maybe NUST are doing it more behind the scenes but would be nice to know their take on ID and threats to remove points etc.
  21. Nail on head, they should be challenging the club on these draconian measures, don’t seem interested in rocking the boat though.
  22. This digital ticketing is clearly in operation at a few clubs now, but the key question is are other clubs being as draconian as us with ID checks and threatening people with loss of loyalty points and tickets etc.
  23. This is the kind of story that if true is a fucking disgrace. The fan involved should be seeking a full refund on travel and compensation from club.
  24. This is the best post I’ve read on how these changes impact away days for regular travellers. What really annoys me though is that the club are dressing this up as stopping ticket touting. If that’s the case how come hospitality in areas like the Barracks is available for any fucker to buy without a membership including away fans/ticket agencies. One look at the hospitality page on club website will show tickets are sold out for fixtures way down the line, what’s the chance these are the very tickets ending up on secondary sites ? One rule for the corporates and another for your average match going fan. The club have got this spectacularly wrong and have listened to cunts like that Burnsie at ticketing workshops.
