  1. City Centre or Duke Street has a few pubs including the Louden which will be stowed off pre match.
  2. Aye the font nonces would have something to whinge about then.
  3. He’ll not want to support city after hearing and seeing the Broomloan Stand tomorrow night.
  4. Should be an illuminated St James Park across East Stand for a complete change.
  5. Darren Eales announcing Kvaradona pre Rangers ?
  6. Saudis blowing FFP out the water, just wait until they start gazumping some of the established clubs for players. One look at how they transformed the landscape in golf would say nothings beyond the realms with the sums at their disposal.
  7. Would hope not, it’s not even the best chippy in Whitley never mind the North East, some nice Italian gelato next door though.
  8. That’s the type of content this place is lacking.
  9. Both wings look very average especially if St Max leaves, big pressure on Gordon to justify the fee spent on him next season in my opinion.
  10. I think it does and would personally rather see a lb and cb brought in with the funds. Howe wanted the Gordon deal in January, so I’d have no qualms with Ashworth refusing to sanction another left sided forward.
  11. Sounds like Titus Bramble for 85 minutes until he had a meltdown moment.
  12. It’s also got to be remembered it was clearly stated at the time in January, funds were brought forward from summer budget for the Gordon deal. In my opinion there’s no way Barnes joins without St Max leaving, taking into account FFP constraints signing 2 predominately left sided attackers from the same budget would appear overkill, when we have other areas crying out for investment. An ageing, slow back line needs upgrading I don’t care what the stats say about last season, we’ll be found out big style next season without a new LB and CB.
  13. Going to be a cracking day / night in Glasgow, the Louden will be full by 3pm. The Louden will be open at 2 pm - Midnight on Tuesday for Allan McGregor's Testimonial Match. The Louden is easily accessible from the City Centre or West End via the Underground System and is situated directly opposite the Ibrox Subway Station We will have our usual free food available, Rolls and Sausage, Cheese and Ham Rolls, Hot Dogs, Scotch Pies, and Kabab Pies. The Louden is an 18-and-over Venue Newcastle Fans will be welcome
  14. West Ham might tempt him once he realises he’s just going to be Kvaradona’s understudy.
  15. Under contract until 2027 but on a low wage which you would think would have to be re-negotiated, particularly these days with the way agents work. Could still be a tricky one for Napoli to negotiate as he may want a release clause on any new contract and their owner is notoriously a hard negotiator.
  16. Is Barnes a better fit for us than Johnson ? I like Johnson looks electric at times, could be a right handful alongside Toney when he’s back.
  17. Some Newcastle fans deserve Mike Ashley to return due to being ungrateful thick cunts, who can’t go 2 weeks without a signing, have a melt down if we lose and really lose their shit if PIF have the audacity to spend their money on another sporting venture. A far more appropriate topic for discussion.
  18. I mean corporate seats right behind the goal isn’t exactly conducive to creating a great atmosphere. I’m betting this upgraded corporate area is a lot pricier than the previous sports bar seats they’re replacing aswell. No excuse for Corporate seating behind the goals, they should be the cheapest seats in the ground and it reduces the number of ordinary fans who can get in.
  19. Nah Luke Edwards gets posted in here so anything goes really.
  20. Their pit village thread literally Is the fucking pits. What the fuck is this daft cunt on about. Basically Durham Mags have no links to Tyneside, but Sunderland fans from South Tyneside are the most loyal of all. ‘south shields and other south tyneside towns are on the river tyne. Most loyal sunderland fans of all. Durhamags however have zero links to Tyneside and have absolutely no reason at all to support the mags. Weird weird people’.
  21. Not a priority signing would be my guess and they’re currently working on something else. They like a lot of players but if something better is available and they can do a deal, they’ve shown they’ll be flexible and change course in an instant.
  22. Castore’s designs have been very good can’t fault them. If they had the distribution side sorted and iron out quality issues they’d be better than most. The main thing that bothers me though is the actual quality and feel of the strip. Compared to an Adidas Ajax away top I bought last year, there’s no comparison. Not quite sure how adidas can provide a breathable quality material, but Castore can’t without buying a pro shirt. On a hot sunny day you’d sweat your tits off in the current home top. I can buy a gym top for about 20 quid that is perfectly breathable with latest technology, so not sure how they can’t do that for 70 quid.
  23. Fucking Chelsea man is there any player they don’t want.
  24. I like the look of him can only be we don’t think he’s ready for the first team. Think Lazio are current favourites to sign him.
