Don’t think there’s any issue with noise after we score but that’s probably the same for every club. The issue is the long periods of silence where the place is flat. There’s other grounds in the country that are better keeping the atmosphere going and don’t necessarily need a goal/incident to spark them. The 3 ingredients currently missing at St James are a singing enclosure, banter with away fans which is non existent compared to a ground such as Elland Road and better songs which are catchy and people want to join in with.

The only answer is a singing enclosure but that’s not really what the standing section is being branded as which is a worry. We had standing at Wembley in our biggest game in years and by all accounts it wasn’t much better in there.

Nowt wrong with debating the atmosphere obviously hitting a raw nerve with some of the St James mutes.

There’s just a lack of what I’d call genuine football lads in the ground. We’ve hammered these cunts who tried to block our takeover and you’d just expect the ground to be rubbing it in and give Levy some stick etc. There’s no banter or anything, it’s utterly abysmal and the place is morgue like at times.

It’s laughable what excuses folk come out with about the atmosphere, I’d argue it’s already as bad if not worse than the Etihad. It’s a ground full of spectators who just want entertained now, there’s no fan/lads culture left in the stands. As for the DJ someone just sack the embarrassing wanker.

I think it’s between him and Kephren Thuram depends who they think is best fit, both look outstanding and would take our midfield up a notch.

No I prefer players who are still trying to make it and are hungry. Guys like Raphina must find it hard to move on after Barcelona, we should stick to the Botmans, Bruno’s and Isak profile of player. My ideal summer window would have us sign Ugarte, Randal Muani, Diaby and N’dicka, supplemented with a good young lb. All players I believe we could get with CL football.

Ashley/Charnley royally fucked the club was there any need to tie into Castore for 6 years. It can only be hoped that we get a larger percentage on the actual shirt sales than some of the bigger companies would offer.
