Just realised he’s on four yellow cards from five league games. Suspension coming soon then!
-
At the start of the season I looked at the first 6 games and I thought we’d be at 10 points. If we end up with 9 come next Sunday after a decent showing in Milan then I’m very happy with the start considering everything
-
Trippier playing the whole game, I haven’t been watching? I think Tino gets a start on Saturday with the trip to Milan coming up so quickly

Champions League 2023/2024: Group F (Newcastle, Milan, Dortmund, PSG)

I also want us to get through as group winners so I’d rather a group of teams that we can beat than glamour ties -
If Barnes makes the simple pass to Wilson for 2-0, the tactics and substitutions are a master stroke and Eddie is hailed as a king again. We obviously got some things tactically wrong in the game that cost us, but I know that players and staff we’ve now got at our club will learn from this and will go again
-
He has a long term injury
-
I’d take a point right now, but we can beta them if well organised and smart on the break. Get these first four fixtures behind us and then go on a winning run
-
Watched him the other night against Rangers and I was impressed. Although I still love Miggy and don’t want him replaced this summer
-
These new rules are just silly

Really hope it’s the 19th for us. I’ve got a flight on the Wednesday and I’d be so gutted to miss the game -
He would be perfect for us as we transition to more speed positive play on the left side
-
Nah mate, it’s Alphonso Davies next summer as the big signing
-
I looked at their team sheet and I said to myself that I wouldn’t replace any of our starting 11 with ours. Obviously they’ve got some good players still, but I’m happy with our lineup and how it compares to teams around us
-
Wilson’s goal today was pure filth. Bruno, Sandro and Joelinton all involved with slick one touch passing - absolutely sublime
-
Pass and move Harvey Barnes is just a joy to watch
-
Almiron with some running power today!
-
Looks like a season ending injury in the opening day
-
I wonder if Tonali’s starting position is at the base of the midfield with Bruno from the right
-
Very handy for us if Watkins is out that’s for sure
-
If you’re going to pay that for him, might as well come knocking for Bruno. Although I’m pretty sure they already know we’ll tell them to fuck off
-
The Chelsea situation is what we’re doing so well to avoid. I’m sure Eddie would love to pump in £600m in a year on new players, but we don’t have any way to balance out the books with that spend. Chelsea always seem to have a crop of players they can shift for millions. We’ll get there eventually, but it’s going to take long-term planning as we keep being told
-
No doubt he will and this is a great opportunity for him. I just think it’s a really good move for him and his family all in all
-
I’m going to have to wait until episode 2 and watch both at once. The wife is away and told me specifically that she would like to watch it with me. She enjoys a good football documentary and it’s another chance for me to get her more involved with all things NUFC
-
I really thought he’d wait for Madrid. But the way I see it is that it’s the best of both worlds for him and his family going to Bayern as well. On the family side, Munich is an excellent city, he doesn’t really need to learn the language and there’s good English speaking schools for the kids. Football wise he’s playing for an elite club, that’s guaranteed four seasons of having a realistic chance of winning the champions league

I also have the same impression of that manager
