He really needs to leave and join a club where he can become a great. He has all the ability in the world, but he can’t keep having the burden of trying to carry this terrible side in every game. In my opinion, he needs to work with better players and then he moves into the top level bracket of players easily

Pardew gave us some terrible times, but at least at times he had some idea what was going on. These three Bruce years in charge have served up the worse football I have seen. You can count on one hand how many good performances there have been and that’s me trying to make a positive statement - we are just utter shit and it’s infuriating

Agree - he was always involved and worked hard. He also had some nice touches, battled well and went on a few decent runs. But it’s the same old thing with him, there’s just no end product and there will never will be unless he’s coached correctly. He also needs some sort of tactical plan to work in his favour - maybe we work a plan that involves him making a late run at the back post against the full back with crosses coming in from the right - I know it’s a basic suggestion, but basic seems to be nonexistent for us. There’s no thought whatsoever in any our our attacks. It doesn’t matter what he does anyways because we are absolutely shite and have no tactical approach in place to utilise any of our players in a component way.

I really think the only positive outcome for us in this whole thing is if we manage to settle before arbitration. Hopefully the CAT gets the go ahead and that forces the PL’s hand to just let this go through. I will never understand why the PL are fighting so strongly against takeover when it is clearly the best thing for one of their member clubs - it makes no sense whatsoever

I have never understood why Matty is highly thought about here compared to his brother. In my opinion, Sean is by far and away the more talented of the two and looked like he could be a solid Premier League player. I don’t see that in Matty and think his future is elsewhere. In saying that, I guess you can’t really judge anyone over the last two even three years as most have regressed - just like the entire club itself.

I really want to see Allan play in a good side. I imagine he’d improve drastically when he’s not having to carry the team
