Hasn't Romero been phoning it in for them recently anyway? Are Maddison and Kudus out for the season too?

I don't want to lose him, but I'd sell him to Bayern for a cut price as opposed to a cartel team

I simply refuse to believe that there isn't a manager in world football who is obtainable who couldn't do a better job with the same resources. Now believe it or not, I'm not smart enough to analyse all potential candidates and identify one or more who I think would be good fits here. But what I can see is a stale squad that looks poorly coached making the same kind of mistakes week in, week out. We are an easy team to play against, we're devpid of quality and predictable, so much so that many fans can tell when we've lost control of a game and can sense the opposition scoring yet the manager is incapable of being proactive with his subs. I haven't seen many, if any players get "Howed" for a very long time, what I have seen though is players regressing or being crap from the get-go and then be discarded. There's nothing wrong with change, perhaps some of the players are feeling jaded after listening to the same voices and ideas for so long, the club needs a refresh from top to bottom as the project has completely stalled. Yes, sometimes making a change will backfire but it's better to take action rather than allowing a decline to continue. I love Eddie, he's the best manager I've ever seen here and he's given us some of the best days we'll ever have as Newcastle fans but that shouldn't grant him immunity forever. Very rarely in football do you get to ride off into the sunset but I think the summer may be a good time for Howe to do just that, for his sake, he looks like a broken man right now.

It's simple really, if you stop Bruno, you stop Newcastle.
-
Not only is he the worst signing in our history, he's staking a claim to also be one of the stupidest. Was it ever confirmed if he liked Brobbey's picture or was it a wind up?

I'm not feeling very sports washed right now.
-
He's been dross recently, he won't be irreplaceable
-
I don't know if he's downed tools or what but he's been stinking out the joint all season. Losing him isn't going to be the colossal blow I thought it would be

These cunts are qualifying Yewrup aren't they

We are a fucking rotten team, we are so easy to play against and devoid of quality. A bad, stale mess of a squad, a manager who has ran out of ideas, absentee landlord owners and a CEO who thinks he can woo us with gimpy LinkedIn soundbites promising us the moon

This post sums up my feelings perfectly. Of course he's a legend for what he's done here, but that was then and this is now. You don't "complete" football after winning 1 trophy. Losing Isak isn't an excuse, every team loses their best players. Fixture congestion and injuries aren't an excuse, every team suffers them. We're 5 years into PIF's (admittedly fanciful) ambitions for the club, they wouldn't have envisioned us reverted to midtable slop. He should ride off into the sunset this summer otherwise I worry it'll turn ugly next season.
-
Should've sold him instead of renewing his contract. Harry Hindsight, I know but there are a lot of players who are still dining out based on the player they used to be, Botman being the prime example.
-
We are exactly where we deserve to be. We have no identity, no style of play, no mavericks who can make something out of nothing, no leaders, don't work hard enough, look poorly coached, subs are predictable and often make us worse, pur recruitment since 2023 has been abysmal and Howe no longer improves players. Simply put, we are a very bad football team. Rip it all up and start again next year.
-
The only surprise is that there are still people who are surprised when this happens
-
Nah, I'm out. Sorry Eddie but it can't go on like this.
-
And there it is. We all know what happens next.

Fuck around and find out. Football fans are easy to exploit and rip off by leveraging their loyalty and love for club/country. But there comes a point where every fan will eventually turn around and say 'no, enough is enough' to their own team. So it's going to be an almighty hard sell to get casual/neutral fans to fork out hundreds of dollars for some of the dross fixtures being served up. $400 for Jordan vs Algeria in a soulless stadium filled with neutrals who couldn't give a fuck about either of those countries is as utterly obscene as it is preposterous.

Is this the same set of fans whose team once scored a goal via a beach ball and still claim that the mags are jammy getting another jammy goal again? Fuck off Spurs you useless cunts

The Duality of Osula Still, the fact that he's even in a position to take a shot puts him ahead of the 125m worth of strikers we have on the bench

One of big Nick's former teammates, get him to have a word. Actually, no, don't.
