The Good - We've raised the floor of the squad and have been ruthlessly efficient in moving on players who are surplus to requirements. The squad is as good as I've ever seen pound for pound. The Bad - The lack of leadership has been galling, no thanks to the bald cunt. The lack of a day to day custodian (Amanda) is clear for all to see.
