We used to be really good at pressing teams as well, feel like it's been virtually non existent for ages now .

He is definitely one of them but he's not the only one .

I have said for a while now we are a big game team , we turn up for the cup games and big teams at home but aside from that we are usually shite . Not even saying that's on Eddie but it's clear we have an attitude problem in the squad with certain players .

Our away form has been poor since the year we finished 4th. We won 7 last season but 6 of them were against the bottom 6 who were all absolutely hopeless . I know everyone is better at home but I have yet to see any sort of reasonable explanation as to why we can beat almost anyone at home but are so poor away .

He had one of them seasons where everything went right for him the year we finished 7th. The two years since then have been more his natural level .

These are absolutely shite and we are making them half decent , absolutely disgusting unprofessional performance this .

Agree with this massively, football is totally fucked now and its only going to get worse. The only games I watch these days are the ones that involve us and that's down to Eddie. He is the glue holding the whole club together and if he left I would probably just sack it all off completely.

My worry would be is that Eddie is apparently close mates with Richard Hughes, plus the fact that he has had no support from above and has been running the club alone since Staveley left, having said that I do think he has a lot more about him than walking out on us for another club in this league.

Champions league match an a cup quarter final either side of the derby all in the space of 7 days. Sums up the difference between the two clubs that it's the biggest game they will have all season and it's not even our biggest game of the week.

They were always going to improve eventually with PSR the way it is. It's pretty much impossible to be bad every season when you can spend what they can on transfers and wages . Still not sure they are any better than us mind despite the huge advantages they have . No Europe might be the difference though .

This is the problem , they want to compare themselves to us all the time but the fact they are saying Xhaka is one of the best players to ever play for them sums up the difference. I feel the same , obviously want them to struggle but even with how well they have started it hasn't even bothered me .We have won a cup and are back in the champions league again, they will never experience any of that. The best they can do really is finish mid table and hope to scrape a win in the derby but that's as good as it's ever going to be for them. He won't be , I don't think he will go to the lengths Isak did to get away but with only two years on his deal come the summer we literally have no power at all if he won't sign a new deal.

The elite clubs are definitely going to be in for him this summer especially as he only has two years left on his deal . He could play for anyone in the world .
