We could go round in circles on this now we’re into opinions but they bring more money in than us, have spend around £200m less then us since our take over and have more sellable assets. Fact is - take off the black and white tinted glasses then if you’re ambitious you’re going to want to go there. I only hope ambition doesn’t come into his opinion too much if they do come in for him. A lot of “I thinks” in there so its just what I dread.
-
Because he will be the new sala and they’ll still be in the top two, three at the worst season after season. You’re comparing Liverpool without sala to us with isak. And they’ll pay him more of course.
-
Agreed about not selling but I feel if slot continues like this then there’ll be in a position where players won’t want to say no if they come asking. Really hope I’m wrong but where Bruno says Newcastle feels like home Isak says he doesn’t comment or get involved in speculation. The difference in these two answers concerns me but I am a worrier

I think he’ll actually end up at Liverpool, they had a few windows not spending much so I reckon they can afford him and they will be thinking of replacing salas goals some window soon. i think he’ll be better suited to their style of play than arsenals as well.
-
Then I reckon Leicester probably will get deducted, have to save Man Utd don’t they. Since we’ve beaten them all I’ve read or heard is how embarrassed Man U should be, very little credit to us other then sky saying repeatedly Isak should leave.

Thank you

I said this to a forest season ticket holder friend of mine - “you just know at some point they’ll deduct points from you”
-
Genuinely missed the Leicester super story - how did they embarrass them? I’m genuinely asking
-
Agreed- everyone’s trying to sell on old prices a few years ago but trying to buy to keep in line with PSR. It’s not sustainable and something needs to give eventually.
-
I’ve read in a few places that some clubs are already out of the running due to his wages.
-
According to talk sport were selfish for putting such a high price on him (ad libbing a bit but they said something like that), think the actual line was the price we gave of £150m is propesterous. i was watching the YouTube video screaming in my head ITS A HANDS OFF FEE YOU MIRON!!!
-
It’s called paying for potential, hindsight makes it sound like we got lucky and in not buying that.
-
I support them because I was born there - simple as.
-
Spot on - if we’re getting value for that money now then it’s not overpaying.
-
Jesus Christ - prisoner cell block H performed extremely well In Australia ffs.
-
Exactly where I’m at mate - round families tonight so can’t see the game and have the score tab open alongside this and the two seriously contradict each other.
-
Sat or shat?
-
Nobody is - some just say we probably will
-
That’s the way I see it - they’re just plate spinning but eventually they will fall.
-
Agreed, I don’t understand the hate for him - came here and was one of the first through the door with new owners, always did what was asked of him - was part of the team that marched us up from the bottom of the table, then left without any fuss when we needed him to. Yet he’s in the same camp as some others who will always get slagged off on here. I’ll never have a bad word for him personally.
-
Didn’t realise it was your decision
-
Or most of the arsenal fans I knew when I lived in London. One was cool and you could have a two way conversation with him, all the others were “yeah - anyway back to Arsenal….”
-
As I’ve said before I live and work in Nottingham and all my Forrest supportering mates adore him. I’m actually pleased for Forrest as they’re all good guys, not like the Man U fans I know.
-
Was obviously a one off day - there’s only Arsenal conceded less than them in the whole league. The fact is they are a good team regardless of how much we don’t want them to be.

imo so many of last seasons injuries could have possibly been prevented for the same reason. Howe is brilliant at improving players weaknesses it’s just a shame he doesn’t do it to himself.
