We don't have legs in the midfield for it. Jorginho and Rice are so press resistant and Miley and Longstaff are not players who win their duels there.

We really don't have an out ball from the back. Miley and Longstaff are not open and and asking for the ball, so Bruno is easy target. Botman's switch to Almiron might be only one. Tino, Miley and Sven have been awful.

I really dont understand how Longstaff has been coached through his career. Seems still like he is afraid of the ball and that is way makes way too many mistakes with it.

I dont get this. Our squad is perhaps just about top 6-7 material. But nor with half the team out. Winning a trophy is a big ask anyway. Think they knew we will drop a bit and bounce back next year.

Our problem already durng last season was slow defensive line, now Burn is not faster than last year and midfield of Miley-Longstaff-Bruno has to be the slowest ever in the PL. Howe should have sorted it out already.

Our game plan was excellent especially first half. Trippier was following Moreno all the way up top and not letting them play out, with no winger that side it was a right choice of course. And our CBs following their men up to midfield. And when we had the ball, excellent deep runs from Murphy and Longstaff especially. Overloaded that flank and Miley also made lost of runs to the channel forcing their midfield to run deep. That high line was a suicide yesterday.

Livramento was a game changing sub. Bailey was destroying Burn that side, but Tino handled him ok.
