At the start of the season you would have taken a point at Bournemouth away. But Leeds draw and after the red card Villa draw hurt us. But that was because of the striker situation. We didn't create enough, but Bournemouth really had no chances either.

I think the quality of our deliveries from set pieces were awful. When you have that much height, no need to whip it hard to the front post. Just win the first header and cause mayhem.

I think our lack of experience in these games showed a bit. We were good against Liverpool in Carabao Cup final and not scared to play, but today right when we got the ball all our players were running behind the line and the we tried the difficult pass. Should have just kept the ball occasionally and push Barca down. Now we gave the ball away quickly and then they pass it around us for 5 minutes. It was like watching us play City sometimes under Howe: when you get the ball, you have the keep at least for a while. There was one time in second half when I think it was Tino who booted it up towards Gordon who couldn't keep it in, but if he could, it would have been him and Woltemade against 5 Barca players. Why play it long so early? I get that sometimes we want to press, but you cant press Barca 2v5. We were a bit naiive and everytime we got to attacking position I think some of our players got a bit excited and rushed the decisions.

He had space to run with the ball and tried to make things happen, but awful decisions and passes. Really awful.
