Huge chance for Osula today against a ‘weaker’ side compared to the last two he has started down the middle. I’m confident for some reason today, we have always got reactions from Howe sides and I think we will finish this season strongly.

Tino looks to be off, we need him to stay fit for seven games and play to his top level to maximise the fee we can get for him. Start Miley at CM as much as fitness allows, he is our future there.

Williams is the sort of player we need to replace Trippier, as mentioned his price is the stumbling block as I wouldn't want to pay more than £10m. That sort of profile abroad is what we need, someone who is solid and can cover both sides.

We have gone from an abundance of brilliant number 10’s to now having to decide which one is the least shit at this moment in time. Foden and Palmer having a poor season and have been awful for England for a while. Rogers losing form at the wrong time Bellingham barely kicking a ball for ages Eze sitting on a bench most the season and unfortunately can’t play Tottenham in a World Cup.

Maybe not in the shit as such, but we didn't buy any players really in this period so it wasn't just a case of lets spend £200m on players because we know we can sell a stadium for the same amount. This is obviously more because of the amortisation of players purchased in earlier periods. The whole thing is very frustrating and as mentioned by someone else; it was much more enjoyable when finance didn't come into it so much!

Yeah as mentioned this doesn't look like it will do anything for us going forward and is actually quite concerning that we were that much in the shit which showed with the lack of signings for a number of windows before the summer just gone. Yes a fantastic signing and I think that’s come from Howe the running up the pitch but it doesn’t seem to be working this year. Said at the end of last season when we came fifth that the three players to replace were Pope, Burn and Joelinton in that order for more elite technical players as well as getting a technical RW. Shows how much changes because I think we need double that now.

As has been said, a huge rebuild is needed and if Howe is to take it on he needs to change styles and systems because we have been found out and it isn’t working.
