I’m tired of players who are athletes first and foremost, with the stamina of a horse, and can run and press all day long. For once, I would like to see us sign a maverick. Someone with a bit of flair and trickery.

PSR is killing us. We might have to accept that we will need to start from ground zero again. At least we will be in a much better place financially than we were when the takeover first happened.

I’d sell Bruno, Isak and Gordon. If we can get £250 for them that will allow us the breathing space PSR wise for a proper rebuild.

Gordon, to me, looks like someone who’d rather be elsewhere. And by “elsewhere” I mean Liverpool Football Club. A classic case of a player having his head turned.

Didn’t lay a glove on them in the second half. Terrible. That result will probably reignite their season now.

TBF, Iraola’s been given the kind of resources Howe could only dream of when he was in charge of Bournemouth.

I’d give Howe until the end of the season no matter how bad it gets, and then judge in the summer. I’ve already written this season off, I think the best we can hope for is mid-table mediocrity. It’s not so much the results, but the performances have been largely uninspiring. This is the first really sticky patch he’s had as our manager. He needs to show he is capable of turning it around, and he does deserve that chance to try and do so. He’s earned it.

Ruben Amorim. I think City or Man Utd will get him though.

Yesterdays result was very disappointing. Even if other teams do slip up, it showed that we are in no shape to take advantage. I think we’ll finish 7th or 8th. A rebuild is needed in the summer IMO.

Everton are shite. Should really be winning these sorts of games if we have any aspirations of Champions League football.
