If we turn up like we usually do in this -
Went off injured tonight.
-
Much better in the second half I thought.

Reminds me of Miggy when he first joined. Lots of headless chicken, not much product. I would never have bought him for the price we did but I do think he can offer something.

Says a lot about modern football that one of the “pros” of being in the playoffs is that we get more money from matchday revenue and win bonuses (assuming we win).

Agree. Setup looked all over the place in the first 10 minutes but could put that down to the ridiculously shite decision early on. We often turn up in the big games. Not sure what he needs to do to get Woltemade/Wissa ticking but that’s still the key missing piece.

Absolutely shite by the way, that 6 PL teams are in this competition. We could end up playing: R16: Chelsea QF: Liverpool or Tottenham SF: Man City F: Arsenal

I think the late equaliser in Leverkusen cost us more. Marseille were good that night, Leverkusen were bang average. Ultimately if you told me we’d have a play off against the team 10th in Ligue Un or a made up team from Azerbaijan, I’d have taken it. R16 will be tough, expect it to be Barca but we’ve already shown we can compete with them and the likes of PSG.

Only just seen West Ham’s really arsey statement about Paquetá Thanks everyone apart from him.

Of course we’re shunted out to TNT3 and not on UHD to make way for Liverpool playing CarrierBag.
