Thespence
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/teams/n/newcastle_united/7198746.stm Don't know if posted but apparently Cox is joining the backroom staff. I heard he joined on Friday. “We have got two weeks left (of the transfer window) and it’s a difficult time to take over because I am now having to chase around looking for players. “That’s where Arthur Cox is so valuable to me and he will come back to the club for a period of time to go around and look at the things I won’t have the time to do.” http://icnewcastle.icnetwork.co.uk/newcastleunited/sundaysun/2008/01/20/keegan-to-hold-peace-talks-with-shearer-50081-20371066/
Dokko
We should get Slaven Bilic in as KK no2. Let him still manage Croatia while filling our role. I heard last week he's on £45,000 A YEAR! Fuking hell. I'm sure some good finance plus a shot at the job when KK retires could tempt him especially if he can still manage his NT.
Guest michaelfoster
In yesterday's match,I saw Terry Mc and Pearson still in the team.I didnt see any sign of Steve Round.Anyone saw him? Has he gone? I know that Keegan's backroom staff has not been fully confirmed yet.And by the way,why did I saw Pearson still wearing those speaker thingy? Im sure i seen Round warming the players up before the match

toontownman
Adams and Pearce the front runners for No.2 now according to several rags. I would be happy getting either, especially as I can see them being interested. Cant see Adams really wanting to leave pompey for the same position though. Like wise Pearce, in a similar situation to Chris Coleman wont easily be persuaded to become a Number two to anyone. Will probably end up being someone highly dissapointing like Carver.
