I agree, but please exclude Cashley, he isn't that important for Arsenal. I would say in EPL or in any other great teams, the team should be consist of 3-4 best local player and 6-7 great internationals. Compare with them we do have too much British players. In fact, there is plenty of supply of good local centre back and box to box midfielder, but on the other hand, the supply of talented side back or winger or striker are really too little. We have a good core english player pair (Taylor and Parker), but the other position really needs great improvement. Other than Duff and N'Zog, none are really up to our expected standards. That's why I am really worrying about the foreign success rate: too little. It's impossible to strengthen those positions especially when english players fees are highly-inflated.
