Well, that's confirmed our premiership status next season. Overjoyed.

12 points above Bolton but they have 5 games left - if they lose next week We'd need a draw at Pompey.

Not being daft for the sake of it - I just want it to be sure before saying so.

Indeed, I've been attacked on here before for saying this but I'd just like to see absolute mathematical confirmation of our safety. You never know with football.

Beye is the best siging we made in years. May be since Shearer.

Go along with that.

VERY impressed with him, and feel theres perhaps even better to come.

Not by me, mate

Thats just common sense.

Really, todays results virtually confirms not just OUR safety, but the makems too.

Theres no way that Bolton or Fulham will reach the makems never mind us

But I couldn't agree more about not being happy until it's mathematically certain

To me though, it's now down to Fulham/Bolton/Birmingham/Reading for the drop with the first two firm favourites.

Our players held the ball more firmly in the 2nd half than in the 1st half, and the defence is worth of a praise

excellent game.

Other than the obvious plaudits, I thought Edgar did well being thrown in, shaky start but overall was no worse than Enrique, some nice distribution under pressure also.

Diatta did well, albeit with limited time on the pitch.

Duff added a bit more movement when he came on.

Beye MOTM for me, closely followed by Butt, Barton and Owen.

Again it was a great team performance, even Alan Smith looked good when he came on!

No Charlie on the bench? I reckon he'll be away in the summer.

Picked up a knock for the French U21's that kept him out last week, and this according to .com

Was at Sea last night, dancing away freely. Didn't seem to be in much pain at all

To be honest I don't think Bolton are gonna win again all season.

Nor do I. You know what I mean though. We'll be fine.
