Medicals are booked, scans for injuries are 'straight in', though they are not often done at the clinic.  Seems like tomorrow's is Bywater, Arshavin for Monday.

What ssn guy?

Anyway Roy Keane seems a bit pissed off with Redknapp......

Keane said: "Younes Kaboul has decided not to sign for us and we wish him well.

"I think it might have helped if I had taken him to the casino until four in the morning. What do I mean? You're intelligent, work it out.

"People have different ways of dealing with different players but it's a long time since I was still up at four in the morning – that's not my style.

"Younes made his decision and the important thing for me is that I got the chance to bring him to the club for a look around and to speak to him.

"We made a good offer but it's not happened on this occasion and we move on."

looks like saggyface took Kaboul out to a casino, until 4 in the morning.

Must have been, can't see O'Neil being out on the town til 4am

I bet 'Appy 'Arry gave Kaboul a nice wedge in chips as a little sweetener too. Dodgy bastard.

Keane's just bitter because the only places he could have taken him out for a jolly would have been in Newcastle.  If he'd taken him out in Sunderland it would have been like the scene in The Terminator where Reece is walking around the bombed out shelter, with a girl watching television.  Except it's just a fire she's watching.

Is it Richard Dunne again?

Both sessions for MJ to talk about his imagination problems.

Honest question, and this isn't having a go at Keegan in the slightest, but do you think if we HAD appointed Redknapp back in January we'd be having these same problems recruiting players?

Impossible to say really. We'd have arguably been in an even worse position to attract them than now; it's not like Redknapp would have got us into Europe, and we'd more likely be further down than 12th.

Do you think so? I think we'd have had a similar finish to the season, and probably have Lassana Diarra here as well as one or two other high-profile players.

Not really bothered about the story, but just in case people are still worried about our status overseas, interesting to see down the right-hand side in "Club News", it's got our badge listed amongst the big four and Spurs, then simply "other clubs" in a link below.

Obviously not a big deal but still!

Also, Piquionne (who we were linked with under Roeder), has left Monaco to sign for Lyon. Benzema to the Premiership perhaps?
