I'm happy with the keepers, very. And Sidwell. The problem is that we still need another 5 or 6 decent players to stand still, and it just isn't happening. We've got 2 fit defenders at the club, and one of those is Zat Knight. And Stephen Carr is still unattached. Fuck Barry, the sooner the fat arsed cunt gets out of the club, the better. brummie
Whos Dr Spectrum? Very nice chap who was a regular poster here. Man City supporter. Disappeared without trace a few months ago.
Baggio
Re Dr Spectrum, I searched on mancityfans.net (I know he used to post there) for mentions of him, and they have noticed his absence too. http://www.mancityfans.net/mcfnet/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=26876&start=0&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&hilit=spectrum I hope he's alright. HIs profile there shows his last visit as 13th March. Perhaps he disappeared up his own arse the way he was acting after a few bright months under Sven. Alberto2005
Wierd, especially as he hasn't posted on the City forums either.

Load of codswallop, to be totally honest. He was a pretty modest poster and was enjoying some surprise success for his team in God knows how long. Baggio
Shinawatra to sell? http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/sport/article-23527146-details/article.do?ito=newsnow&
Martin Lol
Shinawatra to sell? http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/sport/article-23527146-details/article.do?ito=newsnow& Doesn't seem as though there is much money about while his assets in Thailand are frozen. Still, it's good news for Spurs. Corluka is at the Spurs training ground today and I don't think there would have been a chance in hell of signing him if Taksin had been flush. Maybe the right time for the top clubs to go for Richards and Johnson??

Guest neesy111
How come they spent 20m on Jo if he's skint? well, he's not skint, but most of his fortune has been frozen, so he's down to his last 50 million or so, from a fortune of 400 million
Martin Lol
How come they spent 20m on Jo if he's skint? Maybe he was expecting his assets to be released? Maybe all his money is being channelled to his defence legal team?? If he was asked if he wanted Jo or a good lawyer, I could hazard a guess at the answer. Mowen
Blackburn have signed Santa Cruz's brother, Julio, on a three year deal and Fulham have signed a keeper called something like Zuberbuhler on a 1 year deal according to SSN.

Also (and I'm pretty sure I must be remembering this wrongly) wasn't he about 36 in Euro 2004?

brummie
Apparently the deals for the players Citeh have signed under Shineywhatwhat have all been structured "very unusually", mostly involving bugger all down and loads to follow. They owe shit loads of money even on Sven's first signings. I should temper this by adding that I got this info from Mike "Porky Twat" Parry on TalkSport, so in terms of accuracy, it could have come from the shambling wreck of a homeless dude who asked me for some change "so i can pay to park my car" on the way in to work this morning.
