Arsene Wenger is going to "sit down with Nicklas Bendtner and speak about his future" at the end of the season and he says he hopes he will stay(well he has to say that), i think he should go, Chamakh is a better all round option and Bendtner just looks useless/uninterested when he is on the wing, i do think he will be an amazing signing for somebody when he's first choice and gets a good run of games. He'd be brilliant for Newcastle but unfortunately he thinks he should be playing for Barcelona so probably wouldn't be interested.

I'd like us to take a punt on him, but like you say he'll want a bigger club.

All the Arsenal fans I've spoken to say similar things to you, that he'd be a great signing for someone who will play him every week.

Arsenal's best player from The Dallas Cup, Roarie Deacon, is on trial with Sunderland. Strange one but youth team manager, Liam Brady, has decided not to offer him a contract.

Is he injured too?

Mackems have already added him to their injury list, tbh.

DORTMUND, Germany (AP) -- German media reports say Borussia Dortmund will hold a joint press conference with Nuri Sahin on Monday, when the Turkey midfielder will announce his departure to Real Madrid.

The Ruhr Nachrichten newspaper says the Spanish club will pay 10€ million to trigger a release clause in Sahin's contract.

Kicker reported Dortmund's chief executive, Hans-Joachim Watzke, as saying Thursday, "we wouldn't accept such clauses today.''

Sahin was an integral part in Dortmund's impressive run to the Bundesliga title. He made his league debut in 2005, when he became the youngest player to play and score in the Bundesliga, before spending the 2007/2008 season on loan at Dutch side Feyenoord.

The reported release clause was included when Sahin extended his contract with Dortmund in 2009.

A bit gutted. Think he could have played at least one more season with Dortmund, see what they could accomplish in next year´s champions league.

Özil for 15m€, Sahin for 10€. That´s some crazy business.

Chilean winger, he's been really good for Udinese for a few seasons. You have to remember him from the World Cup? He was great.

Excellent football player, but hasn't he played upfront this season in a 3-5-2 with Di Natale? Anyways pacy and skillful as fuck he is.

So Samba was close to joining the Gunners in January. Would have been a very good addition and just what they need. Shame he then went on to sign a contract extension in Feb even as he still speaks of leaving.  :idiot2:

Nuri Sahin to Real Madrid (official)

Yep.

Nuri Sahin's move to Real Madrid from Borussia Dortmund has been confirmed by both clubs.

The German champions were helpless to prevent Sahin from leaving as he had a clause in his contract allowing him to leave for a set fee of less than £6million.
