What on earth are you on about?

If your ignorant comment is referring specifically to those images - he's gone out and had a bit of fun with his friends - didn't you do the exact same?

He didn't do it against the club's wishes as far as I'm aware. He's done and is doing nothing wrong, just doing his own thing. So what if he's cultivating a bit of a 'gangsta' image? It's just that - an image.

JOE Kinnear won't throw Newcastle United's rising star Nile Ranger in at the deep end.

Ranger – signed from Southampton last year – has struck 17 goals for the club's reserve and Academy sides so far this season.

But Kinnear, despite Newcastle's ongoing injury crisis, insists he will careful with the 17-year-old Londoner.

"The kids will come into the fringes again at Hull, but with people like Nile Ranger you have to be careful," said Kinnear.

"He has a great future ahead of him, but you don't put him in against class players in his first match.

"It's a case of nurturing them and giving them 20 minutes here and there.

"They only need a flavour of it at that age, and you can't give them anything that is too sensational."
