That home shirt is freakin awesome!! So good, like. It has that retro look about it....actually it reminds me of their shrt when Ronaldo played for them.

The away ones nice as well...

Btw, I hate the Premiership ball. I'm so glad we're in the Championship....

And apparently they're customised for each home team, meaning at SJP ours will be black and white instead of the blue and red, and will have our badge on instead of the league logo.

A mock-up was posted on Toontastic and it looked lush tbh.

Mitre always did make excellent balls. A couple of years ago they were the official ball of the Gothia Cup which is the largest youth football tournament in the world. I remember from my own football "career" as well that they were far better than the Nike, adidas and Umbro balls back then at least.

I have visions of black-clad teenagers moping about the pitch.

Is almost the correct answer!!! The blue used is slightly darker and the design now has silver stars on it but that photshot job isn't too far away at all.

And before anyone asks 'How do you know?' I'm the guy who has designed it (along with the other 71 FL clubs) ...

It depends if Newcastle want to sell them in the shops. The club will get a certain number of matchballs due to Mitre's contract with the FL for use in training (currently using generic ones due to the fact relegation was only confirmed on the last day) and matches. Despite Mitre offering a club shop replica range, where the balls  look the same but vary in quality, I doubt the club will take them up due to the connection with Adidas. I could be wrong but there has not been an order as of yet. Bit of a shame because I think the balls look very nice (even if I can say so myself) and would fly off the shelves.

All the new kits for Premiership teams on one page, and the three relegated teams.

Cheers.

Fulham's is smart, West Brom's is beautiful. Quite like Burnley, and the Liverpool ones. The Everton one just looks worse and worse (sorry Niel). Boro is nasty, as is West Ham away. Man City's are lush, sadly, and I just can't make up my mind about Man U's.
