Eddie has already proven with Livramento and Hall that he can develop players that slipped away from Chelsea's youth set up. It will be interesting to see how Miley, Sanusi, Munda, Sahar, Neave, Murphy and Hernes develop, along with the new boys Cordero, Sahlia and Park.
