Yeah, I think the thing that shocked me was that I presumed your better prospects were either in the first team squad or on loan. I know your first team squad is relatively old (26.6yo - https://www.givemesport.com/average-age-every-premier-league-squad/) but there are younger players like Miley and Hall. We have far too many young players in the squad and are hoping they all develop - like, nine players 22yo or younger. Our best prospects who aren't in the squad are the 10 on loan, plus the two 16-year-olds who played for the U21s. Again, it's telling how far ahead Chelsea are with this stuff, in particular, their ability to monetize these players. We had a really good young keeper who played last season for Orient and was a significant factor in them nearly getting promoted.
