His links and ties to the local area and coming from arguably a better academy standing in the community than ours made sense. I expect he had done solid work to rebuild the bridges that needed repairing. Now we feel we can level up. He was also in before Howe wasn't he? Maybe Eddie wanted someone different too. Possibly a top coach from Brighton etc with them doing very well regards to player and youth development. Guess we will see in the near future.
