Dinho lad
Whatever. If he was scared of Walters, he would have avoided coming up to him completely. Yes which he did, by saying "don't reply to this text" who even says that
Disco
Walters is a Tory Pardew loving tryhard cunt. I have no time for Keane but would love to see him put the nut on him. Pardew loving? wat Stuck up for him on MOTD2/3 a couple of times I remember.

Decky
1 game shootout next month then for a place in the Euros. This could be the only Ireland team to play in a major tournament on home soil if they win, if that doesnt fire them up nothing will.

Probably won't win but would be sickened if we won and I didn't go. Denmark aren't anything special but neither are we obviously. Hopefully get McGoldrick back in. Would get McCarthy, Long, Brady and Clark all back in the squad. Far better than some players in the squad

samptime29
Tbf I think Ireland have been decent in the group. They don't score many but they never roll over, and their defence isn't bad at all. Wouldn't be surprised by a nibbly 1-0 win next month to qualify.
Decky
The Republic of Ireland are one of six teams to have played at least six Nations League games without winning, along with Lithuania, San Marino, Malta, Latvia & Andorra. Heads need to roll at the FAI for the absolute state the national team is in. This has been coming for years, they are absolutely abysmal and even when we are winning it's terrible football not worth watching.
Pata
That was honestly a shocking performance. We were missing a lot of our starters and comfortably beat you at Dublin after failing to create anything against Wales at home few days ago. None of the defensive line are starters usually and Ireland failed to create anything while looking very shaky at the back.

Its all well and good wanting to play football "the right way" (I hate that fucking line theres no right or wrong way to play football) but you have to work with the players you have and at present Stephen Kenny seems to be trying to force a system the squad is in no way suited to. I think they acted too soon on promoting him from the U21’s, if they’d just waited another year or so, he’d have a group that was well used to the system and playing with each other. He could have just taken the majority of that team up to senior level without any major disruption. Older players would then have to prove that they could do a better job and fit into that system? He seems like a decent chap though, hope it works out and not just another Brian Kerr
triggs
Kenny has basically had 4 days with the squad and is trying to undo the way we've played for 30 years. It might fail and I think its stupid we're not playing 352 with the players we have but he at least needs some time. Would have stuck with Mick for the playoff mind. Thought we were really good against Denmark in his last game

Comfortably beat us is a massive overstatement like We had about the same amount of chances with Pukki's one he missed in the first half being the best one.
