Pilko
England games normally get jumbled in the "other games" thread, but seeing as the Irish got their own thread I reckon we England fans should anarl. Surely a routine win tonight, against Andorra - although they adopt a 5-4-1 which can be hard to break down sometimes. Gary Neville(!) is set to replace Glen Johnson who is one yellow away from a suspension, David Beckham is tipped to start in a central midfield role with Barry suspended, and Peter Crouch could come in for Emilr Heskey who is also one booking away from a ban. Green Neville Upson Terry© A.Cole Walcott Beckham Lampard Gerrard Crouch Rooney is the predicted team... kickoff is at 8.15pm tonight and it's on ITV1. Neil
Upson over Lescott yet again. Wtf is going on?
nobby_solano
you'd have to assume england would go for the jugular tonight, more so to say they're @ wembley. i dare say crouch can play a big role, knocking down to rooney. i've not seen a great deal of walcott to be honest, what's his crossing like? Interpolic
I won a ticket for this from work, but I can't go because there's no way of getting there and back. You'd think with the tube strike there would be buses and trains as replacements but no, they've actually shut down the nearby train stations early. Joke country. ElDiablo
Training then straight to the pub to watch this after, nightmare standing around in wet clothes. We score early I'm off, that team as well, Crouch

Haha. Good one. It's not that bad like. Still frustratingly lacking though. A better end product and he could be an England starter for years to come. Guess next season is a bit of a make-or-break for young Theo. (How old is he now come to think of it? 21?)

Ronaldo
I worry about Upson being the third choice centre back because as good as he is, against the big teams him and Terry will get ripped apart by the quicker attacks
Neil
Serious question: do people think Lescott or Upson should be playing? (behind Rio and Terry)
Nobody
Don't really rate Upson myself. Would have Lescott or Jagielka if Rio or Terry is out.
Guest firetotheworks
Serious question: do people think Lescott or Upson should be playing? (behind Rio and Terry) Lescott for me. Upsons been good, but Lescotts been better, and for longer.

Upsons been good, but Lescotts been better, and for longer. yeah, i'd have to agree. i'd have lescott in ahead of upson. i personally still do rate woodgate very highly too, but he's probably injured again

Mr. Snrub
I'll watch the first half, Embarrassing Bodies is on at 9 and that's way more entertaining than watching England.
