Not sure you need 3 deep lying midfielders in the middle, as great as all three are. VI has said this a few times. tbf Alonso could do Busquests role. They would still be excellent on the ball and would dominate the match from a possession perspective, but they would struggle to create clear cut chances against the best teams and they would struggle to score.
