That'll be Beye banned for the start of the season and the club fined more than likely

Only if the ref feels the need to report it and is deemed serious enough to merit it. Storm in a teacup.

Do you really think Beye gives a f*** about NUFC? He gives a f*** about the ££££££ going in his bank every month and that is it. Although I'm glad to conceed he isn't alone in his thoughts.

If they were as pissed off as they say their transfer requests would be siiting on Ashleys desk right now. They wont do that though will they? I wonder why?

There are still a few Newcastle fans who think players aren't as brainlessly greedy, selfish and contemptuous of the club as they actually are.

I was astonished (and disgusted) that there are STILL some of us looking for excuses for that turd Owen - even now.

According to the press in Huddersfield, scouts from Arsenal, West Ham, Bolton, Everton, Hull, Man City(???), Watford, Leicester and Sheff Utd were at the game last night.

Probably looking at Huddersfield players

Shocked AC wasn't in there trying to chin someone, I can remember him coming on for two minutes in Fat Sam's last game and trying to start a fight with Ryan Shawcross over a nothing challenge.

Class pictures, look at the groundsman in the background on the left in the first picture with his wide grin of approval. Then look at him in the last picture, just bursting to get on there and in there, 'e wants to.... aaave iiiit......    :knuppel2:

Wonder what Lee Novak would have said this time last year if you'd told him that in a year's time you'll be having fisty cuffs after a match against Newcastle United with a current Argentinian international centre-back.

Quite enjoyed my trip to the Galpharm, new ground and all. Arrived about 4:30 and encountered the thickest steward ever as i tried to park at the ground. As we drove towards the car park, he walked in front with a "car park full" sign, facing us. Jokingly, i said "It's not is it"? "What"? he said. I asked again and he just looked at me blankly, and didn't have a clue that i was referring to his sign.

Walked in to town centre, where you'd think they'd never seen an away fan before, judging by the amount of stares we got. I swear one bloke almost broke his neck as he passed in a van. Got back in time to see the toon players arrive at the ground. Most of them posed for photos and signed autographs, but Shola side-stepped everyone. If only he would move as quick on the field.

Huddersfield said we had 1654 fans there, but surely there was more than that. Certainly looked it. They had an annoying section of fans who even sang Sunderland on occasion. One idiot even had a Mackem top on. I'm 99% certain he didn't walk around with that on outside the ground pre-match. It would have been more red than red/white.

Thought we played ok, but seemed to run out of ideas once we got to the edge of their box. Beye was like a mad man at HT. Their No 18 waved his hand in front of his mouth as he argued with Beye, a kind of "your breath stinks" gesture. This obviously touched a raw nerve judging by his reaction.

A less than convincing finish from Nolan for the goal, but they all count.

I met Lee Novak last year. Bit of a knob in my opinion.
