timeEd32
Wish he'd sit out one more just to give Carver a real pasting but so glad to have him back.
Paully
Played 45 minutes in a behind closed doors friendly this afternoon, says he'll be back for the weekend. No way would I risk him in on Saturday mind!
Guest chopey
I agree that he shouldn't be risked at Chelsea, also a good humping will confirm to Ashley that carver is not the right man for the job, even in the short term

The College Dropout
Very poor for the 1st. Disappointing.
Dave
Yep, really bad. Elliot or Alnwick would rightly be torn to shreds for that.
r0cafella
I thought Alnwick would have actually saved that.
Chicane
Any decent keeper would have.
The College Dropout
i did wonder whether we would have been better off keeping Forster and selling Krul. For a GK Krul is fairly injury prone. And he seems to take awhile to get back into form after a lay off. Krul has missed 24 league games in the last 2 and a half seasons. Forster has missed 5. Big fan of Timmy on the whole. Mick
I think we made the wrong decision in hindsight. Did Forster even have a save to make?

Cronky
Hopefully it was just ring-rust that led to that goal, and he'll be back to his best soon. The goal was a real body blow and changed the game completely.
Guest Gino14
I can't defend Krul's mistake today, but anyone praising Forster too highly hasn't been watching him this season, not fully at least. He's chucked the ball in his own net a few times and conceded a few like Krul did today. They've been swept away because Koeman hasn't criticised him and the goals for the most part haven't cost them too much.
Tiotes Witch Doctor
Kruls distribution is pretty dire as well, and hes not the best at coming for crosses. Shot stopping is usually very good but seems to phase in and out of form quite often.
ujpest doza
I think we made the wrong decision in hindsight. Did Forster even have a save to make? He made one from Gouffran that he just sort of confidently grabbed out of the air. Was more his prescence and command of his area which seems to have improved and his kicking is better than any keeper we have. I like Krul but his development has stalled a bit in comparison to Forster who has come on leaps and bounds since leaving us.

SEMTEX
1 year from now is when he's gone anyway. We all know that already. We'll have Darlow, this kid will be surplus to requirements. £8m I reckon.
