They'll appeal, it'll get knocked down to one window, and they'll find a loophole or something by getting players to "do a Webster" and then sign them after the window has closed for free. I think the biggest issue is that unless Abramovic is willing to splash the cash again, they just don't have the money to replace all those 30+ players themselves anyway.
