chicago_shearer
We played approximately 3.5 minutes of good football out of 90. But in fairness, Dyer really made the difference when he came on IMO. And I usually hate him. Anyway, you knew we weren't going to score when you saw that Ameobi & Sibierski were the two forwards - the worst partnership you will ever see, anywhere. Luque? Rossi? Roeder is a long ball merchant in a team that isn't built for it. Better than the Sheffield match, but when I looked at the fixture list in the summer this stretch we've just finished was supposed to be where we moved up the league. Instead, we're rock bottom. Where are the points coming from?
Guest Invicta_Toon
at the end of the day, what do you want? do you want the team to go out against Arsenal remembering the last 11 games, or the last 5 minutes? what has gone before matters not a jot, something a lot of people can't grasp
Guest Shibby
Roeder out tbh. The truth is, I say again, even Souness didn't take us to the bottom!!! Roeder is out worst manager. FACT. So how can freddy tolorate this from Roeder?

Leazes1986
The only real positive out of that match for me was Taylor today. He looked much better today. Carr is a fuckin joke. I can't believe the was he let his man go from the free kick. Moore looked far too slow at times as well. Harper made a few good saves, Dyer looked lively when he came on. Emre was poor. Ameobi is clearly fucked.
chicago_shearer
sad sad day when everyone forgets Dyer's record as a player Team - Dyer = Shit. Team + Dyer = Looked decent. That is all that matters at the moment. You said yourself that the last 11 games don't matter, so neither does Dyer's record if he continues to play well. Forza Dyer and 4-5-1 Yes that was interesting last 10 min or so once Emre and Dyer got an understanding and Dyer started to get the pace of the game. M4
Dyer is a luxury always will be. Putting any sort of plan around him is totaly foolish, but I'm sure it won't stop Roeder.
gdm
rubbish game. why the fuck did he play an unfit Ameobi instead of Rossi or Luque. Dyer looked good. N'Zogbia looks a totally different player
thomas
I think it's just his misguided way of dealing with the anger and frustration we're all sharing, by sniping at fellow supporters. Feel bad for the lad actually. [edit] Odd, where'd BottledDogs post go ...
Big Geordie
N'Zogbia's confidence looks shot to hell.
Yorkie
Dyer was good when he came on - but the substitution that really changed it for us was Nobby for Carr. He was great when he came on, especially going forward, but defended pretty damn well aswell! Frustrating his only good performances come from the bench nowadays. I thought Milner was awful today btw.

BottledDog
This time last season under souness we had 18 points and were 10th. Now under Roeder we have 9 points and are 18th!

Souness' fixture list was arguably tougher than Roeder's aswell.
