You can't fault his attitude. Numerous times when he's got forward (to no effect), he has casually wandered back while the other team attacks. The least you expect from a professional is the effort to get back in and help out. Also as I mentioned previously, when team mates point out where he's gone wrong on the pitch, he needs to take it on board and try not to do it again rather than put his arms out David Luiz style and try to blame others.
