He took us "off the market" the same day we lost 1-5 to Liverpool under Kinnear - then put us back up when we went down. It's happend again and again. I remember listening to the M&A consultant (Keith Harris?) in charge of selling the club back then. Sounded so difficult with Ashley. I think it would prove the same again. He seemed to quite quickly realise he'd made a mistake. Why would someone buy us for that much when they could buy any other bottom half premier league club for a fraction of the price and do exactly what they were planning to do with us with it?
