Cajun
They've gained a cracking player and a good foil for gyan Gyan doesn't need more foil, they need to cut out anything that remind him of food.

taxfree
Am I the only one not seeing this "massively overweight" thing with Gyan? Seems like Mackem propaganda to me. Don't know about that, but he's very sluggish like.
Dell Boi
Gyan and Bendner. That's a decent front line (considering the rest of their team is gash) All I remember Bendner for is missing that sitter at the Nou Camp.
Consortium of one
Would have been quite happy with Bendtner. He wasn't exactly what we needed but was far than than what we got. You're deluded if you think Bendtner is better than Best and Ba. I think I could make an argument for Ameobi too. Deluded? Look in the mirror. Mr. Snrub
We'll be in October and Bender still won't have scored as many league goals as Best. 2.

Mr. Snrub
I see no reason to change my opinion on how little I rate Bendtner But even more reason for the critics to dislike him. He's now shit and a mackem. The cunt.

Seems like Mackem propaganda to me. you're right tbh he's maybe slightly heavier than normal. I think the fact he's looked sluggish has perpetuated the idea
BlueStar
Would have liked us to get Bendtner. His ego could work both ways though, either he'll absolutely thrive on being a bigger fish in a smaller pond and getting loads of game time, or he'll blame everyone else if he's not banging in a goal a game and sulk around expecting everyone to serve him up chances on a plate. Put him in my fantasy team in the hope of cursing him.

It's an excuse to hound the darkie out man Bendtner wise I think he'll do well this season, Sunderland will finish a lot higher with him in the team. Annoyed we didn't get him tbh. Ketsbaia
Without doubt their best signing of the summer, although the competition is terrible. Was really hoping we could sabotage their bid....y'know, like we did to Fulham!
Lush Vlad
Gyan defintely had Nolan'esque love handles when I see him against us in the Ryan Taylor game.
