England don't have a game of note to play 'til June 2016. Hopefully he'll be fit a 3-4 months before that.

Stottie
They have far too many fans worldwide to do a Leeds unfortunately. Leeds also bought a lot of their players on some weird hire-purchase scheme that really fecked them up. Apparently Liverpool outbid Arsenal for Alexis Sanchez by 3 million but he chose to go to London. With him in the team, they'd be doing much better. While it's funny that he'll have got the spiel about winning it five times and YNWA etc. etc. and still not been impressed enough to sign for more money, it's a bit depressing if it means you can finish above a London club who haven't won anything in years and have consistently sold all their best players, but still lose out to them on transfers. While there is little chance of us improving to that level as things stand, I guess we'd be in the same situation trying to attract players. "Closer to London than Middlesborough" won't work the next time.

mrmojorisin75
what i can't understand about rodgers is why he's not falling back on just winning the possession again until they can pull themselves together

"Closer to London than Middlesborough" won't work the next time. there's also the fact Wenger is a hugely respected manager and Rodgers is a newbie who despite what he may think of himself does not carry that level of respect. And that Arsenal have been in the champions league every season for what 17 years? Compared to Liverpool just getting back in, plus the selling best players thing might suit Sanchez, play a season or two at Arsenal be brilliant get huge money move. The College Dropout
As much as I love the man's work in the Prem - he's outdated. I feel they'll never win the PL again with him in charge. He just won't evolve.

Skeletor
I think he's gonna go this season. Perfectly reasonable. He only led the mighty Liverpool to a measly 2nd place last season. Liverpool fans deserve so much better. They've suffered for so long.
